FFREAK provides a memorable fitness experience. You can choose any of our intense and unique classes – FFpunch, FFburn or FFride. All our classes have an electric atmosphere, amplified by the charisma of our instructors and their playlists.

Absolutely, we have protein shakes, smoothies, and various snacks to pre-order. You can enjoy them before or after you complete your FFREAK class!
Due to government safety guidelines, this is currently restricted. In addition towels are not allowed in the studio but you can bring your own.
Yes. Otherwise you can purchase a new pair of gloves from our reception.
Definitely. By purchasing our All Star Membership you unlock free access to our Personal Training studio. Alternatively you can purchase our Personal FFREAK membership and can book an unlimited number of sessions with our FFREAK trainers.
Sure. You can do so by purchasing our All Star Membership and unlock free access to our Open Gym area or opting in into our Gym FFREAK membership that provides unlimited access to our gym equipment.
We offer 2 types of sessions. Sessions included in packages and sessions included in memberships.
Packages have longer validity period and sessions can be shared with friends and family.
Memberships cannot be shared and are automatically renewed after 30 days if not cancelled.
Single pass: 1 session that expires in 30 days upon purchase.
Pass 4: 4 sessions that expire in 60 days upon purchase.
Pass 8: 8 sessions that expire in 90 days upon purchase.
Pass 16: 16 sessions that expire 120 days upon purchase.
We offer the following options for our monthly memberships:
- Star FFREAK pass: 6 sessions per month.
- Superstar FFREAK: 10 sessions per month.
- All-Star FFREAK: Unlimited number of sessions every month.
- Gym FFREAK: Open, unlimited access to our gym equipment.
- Personal FFREAK: Unlimited personal sessions with our FFREAK
Memberships are automatically renewed every 30 days unless cancelled.
Packages, if not used up, they automatically expiry after 30, 60, 90 or 120 days, depending on the package purchased (see above).
You can do so by logging in to your account and click “Reserve”. Then you click on the session you would like to book, and you are ready to start your FFREAK journey!

A session must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the class starts. If a cancellation occurs less than 4 hours before the class starts, then you lose your session. This does not apply to All-Star FFREAK memberships (unlimited).
Yes. You can select the package or membership that fits your needs.
Sessions bought as a pack can be shared with friends and family. Alternatively your friend can sign up at our front desk and select what type of session he/she prefers to purchase.
